Common questions

Where are my programmes and workout logs stored?

Only on your phone (SwiftData on iPhone). There is no account and nothing is sent to our servers. See the privacy policy for full details.

How do I use the Start Exercise Timer, Finish Exercise Timer and Interval Counter?

Start a workout from the Programme or Train tab. At the top of your active session, tap Start Exercise Timer when you begin a working set. The timer counts your live work seconds under tension. When you finish the set, tap Finish Exercise Timer & Start Interval: the app marks the set complete, saves your work duration, increments the interval counter (#1, #2, #3), and starts the rest countdown.

How do I generate a new AI training programme or update my athlete profile?

Open the Programme tab and tap New AI Plan (or Edit Profile), or open Settings and tap Edit Athlete Profile & Setup Questionnaire. Complete the 7-step setup covering your sex, age, height, body weight, primary and secondary training goals, days per week, session minutes, equipment, priority muscles, joint sensitivities and recovery capacity. Your profile is saved on your device and the planner builds your split strictly from the 613 exercises in the library.

How do I swap an exercise during a workout or in my plan?

Tap the menu icon on any planned or active exercise card and choose Swap Exercise. WorkoutCard lists biomechanical equivalents from the library that match the same movement pattern and target muscles.

How do I connect an OpenAI or Gemini API key?

Open Settings and choose your preferred AI Engine (On-Device Biomechanical Engine, OpenAI GPT-4o-mini, or Google Gemini 2.5 Flash). If you select OpenAI or Gemini, paste your API key into the field. The key stays in your device storage and is used only when you generate a new plan.

How do I switch between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb)?

Open the Settings tab and change the Weight Unit picker between Kilograms (kg) and Pounds (lb). All logged sets, volume totals and personal records convert automatically.
